Terms of Service

Last updated: June 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of PushNotes. By signing in you agree to them.

The service

PushNotes connects to your GitHub repositories and uses AI to generate changelogs and release summaries, which you can publish on hosted public pages, feeds, and via webhooks. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Accounts

You authenticate with GitHub and are responsible for activity under your account and for the repositories you connect. You must have the right to connect and publish content from those repositories.

Plans & billing

The Free plan includes limited repositories and monthly generations. Paid plans (Pro and usage-based) are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. By upgrading you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Charges already incurred are non-refundable and we do not prorate partial periods, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. Public changelog content you publish is your responsibility.

Your content

You retain ownership of your repositories and the changelogs you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to process commit data and host and display the content you choose to publish.

Disclaimers & liability

AI-generated output may contain errors; review changelogs before publishing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PushNotes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Questions: legal@pushnotes.app.
